Tokyo, Japan, June 8, 2005 — Announcement of selling rights of Mobile Movie Showdo SDK in Japan.

Nihon Enterprise has acquired the selling rights in Japan of the BREW application development kit, Mobile Movie Showdo SDK, which incorporates video compression technology developed by Truvideo Inc. It is going to be available for sale beginning July 2005.

Says Nihon Enterprise, "Our product was developed together with FreeVerse Partners. FreeVerse and we have acquired the production rights in Asia and selling rights in Japan respectively."

The recent advancement of cellular phones has created the diversity of services and contents in its market. Along with this technological progress, BREW, employed by KDDI Inc., has become able to offer more content and functionalities.

Mobile Movie Showdo SDK, by using TruVideo technology, has realised the developmental environment in which animation can be easily embedded in BREW applications. It features:

1. A small player size
2. High quality animation at low bitrates
3. High compression rate
4. The capability for both streaming and download.

This SDK enables one to work in an environment similar to a PC, such as including a high quality movie cutscene within games, using movies to advertise products on commercial web sites, and employing animations for business applications. The use of animations in applications can provide a more satisfactory experience to the end user.

Mobile Movie Showdo SDK was developed in cooperation with FreeVerse Partners. FreeVerse Partners and Nihon Enterprise obtained production rights in Asia and selling rights in Japan respectively.

Mobile Movie Showdo SDK is capable of implementing animations in BREW applications with video compression technology developed by TruVideo Inc. of the United States.

The TruVideo technology features a small player size and superior video rendering at low bitrates, with the capability of playing both streaming and downloaded video files. The possible uses include embedding a high quality movie cutscene within games, and movie advertisements in commercial web sites.

Mobile Movie Showdo SDK will be available for sale in July 2005.

Tokyo, Japan, October 10, 2004 — TruVideo and FreeVerse Partners team up to introduce new mobile video technology. TruVideo, a pioneer in mobile video technology has signed a representative agreement with FreeVerse Partners in Tokyo, Japan to develop business and expand into the Asian market.

Taiwan, September 17, 2004 — ELTA, Taiwan's leading mobile application service provider, has collaborated with TruVideo to launch a new range of services that provide multimedia services to mobile subscribers in Taiwan.
